Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in our establishment. A fee of $50 plus taxes will be charged if we notice the presence of an animal.

We accept pets in certain rooms at Motel Centre-Ville.

Exceptions

Guide and assistance dogs are accepted for a cleaning fee of $25 plus taxes. Proof must be provided upon arrival, otherwise we may refuse to accommodate you.

Accepted proofs:

  • Guide dog certification
  • Letter from an health professional certifying the need for the assistance dog

Your obligations

  • It is important to notify us, when booking, that you are traveling with your animal.
  • The dog must always be kept on a leash
  • The dog must be controlled and mastered by its owner
  • The dog cannot be left alone in the room
  • The owner is responsible for breakage and damage caused by his animal and must assume the costs.
  • The owner is responsible for picking up the dog's waste and excrement
  • The owner must ensure to avoid any nuisance caused by the animal, noise or otherwise
  • Failure to comply with these obligations could result in additional costs or expulsion, without reimbursement, at the discretion of the hotel and its managers
